Please read through these points for your and our protection.

• Existing Domains and Hosting: Just forward the username and password for FTP Login and CPanel login, to us in order to update your current files.
• New Domain(s) and Hosting: We will help you set up your domain name as well as the hosting company. Inquire for pricing.
• Web development (where applicable) will start upon receiving your "company logo vector file" (usually saved as either .EPS - .AI - .PDF).
• Content (where applicable) is to be received preferably at the start of the project, or at the very least the navigation should be determined. A Word document is preferred. We can provide you with a guideline for this. We do offer web-copy services; quoted separately.
• A non-refundable down-payment is required upon the start of the project (50%). The remainder is due upon launching your website.
• For rush jobs (a.k.a. need web site finished within 2 weeks), please add 25% to the quoted price.
• PayPal, Cash and Cheques accepted.
• A deadline date for final publishing of website is recommended. It's best to publish on a Monday or Tuesday, so we can make changes where necessary. We are closed on the weekends to refresh our minds.
• If you agree to our terms and conditions, please reply to us at: creative@colourinfusion.ca that you agree and we will keep a copy of this on file. If we meet in person, please sign below our quote when you receive it and hand it to us during our meeting.
• Our custom quotes are valid for 30 days.
