Note that all websites will have proper XHTML coding and CSS, up-to-date meta tags, Google Analytics, titles, and text with important keywords (if you need an web-copy-write, let us know); all according to today's industry standards to be searchable in major search engines. Any PHP will be quoted seperately.

Web Site Maintenance: To keep your web site up to date, we offer a monthly package for $55, which includes 4 updates each month, along with submitting an updated sitemap on each first of the month for SEO.

Web copy: To be supplied by you; we can certainly provide web-copy-writer if needed, but it's quoted and charged seperately.

Flash presentations and PayPal shopping carts: Quoted seperately.

Wordpress: We can set up a Wordpress Blogg for you, with a customized banner to suit your website. A great addition if you are a writer and like to keep a blog. If you want us to do it for you, please request a quote.

Social Media Packages: One-time set-up fee of $50 (includes customized banner). Choose either 2 messages per week for $100/mo., or daily messages (on week-days) for $500/mo.

FREE Website Evaluation: This web evaluation is based on current best-practices in the industry. Feel free to ask any questions about anything that may be unclear to you. We are happy to assist.
Price Quote: Also included is a price quote, along with suggestions to help you grow your business effectively on the web. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

TERM & CONDITIONS:

Existing Domains and Hosting: Just forward the username and password to us in order to update your current files.
New Domain(s) and Hosting: We will help you set up your domain name as well as the hosting company. Inquire for pricing.
Web development (where applicable) will start upon receiving your company logo in high resolution JPEG format.
Content (where applicable) is to be received, once the navigation has been determined. A Word document is preferred. We can provide you with a guideline for this. We do offer web-copy services; quoted seperately.
Financing: A payment schedule can be arranged if you want all of this done at once. The min. payment per month is $200. First payment is due upon signing the contract. And we will provide you with a dated schedule for the consecutive payments.
A non-refundable down-payment is required upon the start of the project (either 30% or $400, whichever is less). The remainder is due within 15 days of receiving your final invoice.
For rush jobs, please add 25% to the quoted price.
If paid in lump sum ahead of the project, you are eligible to receive 10% discount, upon signing the contract.

A deadline date for final publishing of website is recommended. It’s best to publish on a Monday or Tuesday, so we can make changes where necessary. We are closed on the weekends to refresh our minds.
If you agree to our terms and conditions, please reply to this email: creative@colourinfusion.ca that you agree and we will keep a copy of this on file. If we meet in person, please sign below our quote when you receive it and hand it to us during our meeting.
