Julie Williams Photography ~ Bow Valley

For as long as she can remember, creating art has been a driving force in Julie's life. As a child growing up on the flatlands of Alberta, she didn't have a toy room, instead her parents made her a craft room where she would spend hours creating trinkets, paintings, collages and jewelry. Julie has been a true art geek from a very young age. For the past number of years she has moved a little further and further west each year with stints in the Rockies, the Kootenays, the Okanagan and on Vancouver Island. She has recently returned and is exceptionally content to have settled back in at her first stop on this adventure; where her heart has been since she first left and her feet belong; the Rocky Mountains.

Julie has forgotten what it is like to see the world like a normal person - she is always imagining what the scene would look like through a lens…she likes it that way! Her job seriously couldn't be any cooler, she is constantly striving to learn more, to cultivate my skills and push my creativity. She revels in breaking the rules of traditional, cliche photography. Crista Lee Photography ~ Bow Valley

Crista Lee's lives in the beautiful town of Canmore where for 13 years she has been working as a passionate documentary and adventure/news photographer. With awards from Fuji, Canada's Weekly Newspaper Association and screenings of her images at some of the largest film festivals in the world, including the prestigious Trento Mountain Film Festival in Italy, Crista Lee images will undoubtedly be exciting, creative and true.

Now with two toddlers she has switched her medium to Weddings and Portraits photographing what she is living now...LOVE with passion and enthusiasm. This being her first summer fully up and running she is booking up quickly.

Eric Daigle Photography ~ Bow Valley

Raised near the gentle countryside of Quebec City, Eric's love the great outdoors developed at an early age. At 17, he was given his first camera before an exciting trip across Canada. By the time he reached the Rockies in Alberta, Eric was in love with the country and was interpreting its land through a lens. By 1997 Eric had joined a team of seven nature photographers who managed the 'ENVIROFOTO' stock agency. Since that time, Eric has had work published in several books including Canadian Wildlands and La Nature du Quebec. His images continue to appear in publication in Quebec and he Banff / Canmore area.

In 1999 Eric chose the Bow Valley as his permanent home, working on events at the Banff Springs Hotel. In 2006, Eric further honed his photographic skills with a Certificate in Photography from SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology). In 2007 he celebrated his own marriage to Leanne and together they have built their home with Sadie – their beloved retriever!

Dedicated as a fulltime wedding and event photographer, Eric's skills are in high demanding, offering outstanding local knowledge. He regularly shoots events at landmarks such as the Banff Springs Hotel as well as in wilderness setting such as Moraine and Lake Louise. After literally thousands of hours capturing weddings, wildlife and regional attractions, Eric has developed a solid reputation for reliability and creativity.
