Julie Williams Photography ~ Bow Valley
For as long as she can remember, creating art has been a driving force in Julie's life. As a child growing up on the flatlands of Alberta, she didn't have a toy room, instead her parents made her a craft room where she would spend hours creating trinkets, paintings, collages and jewelry. Julie has been a true art geek from a very young age. For the past number of years she has moved a little further and further west each year with stints in the Rockies, the Kootenays, the Okanagan and on Vancouver Island. She has recently returned and is exceptionally content to have settled back in at her first stop on this adventure; where her heart has been since she first left and her feet belong; the Rocky Mountains.
Julie has forgotten what it is like to see the world like a normal person - she is always imagining what the scene would look like through a lens…she likes it that way! Her job seriously couldn't be any cooler, she is constantly striving to learn more, to cultivate my skills and push my creativity. She revels in breaking the rules of traditional, cliche photography. Julie simply loves to tell stories with her camera! Check out her Portfolio online.

"Through my photography I try to convey the elemental in the human and natural world, the private emotional moment, and the essence of animal lives unveiled. On a daily basis, I am humbled by the subjects I meet, photograph, and get to know through my line of work. A photographer based in Canmore, Alberta, I'm available for local, national, or international assignments."
Amanda Sneddon Photography ~ Calgary
"I'm a native Calgarian and though I've traveled the world, Calgary is where my husband and I are choosing to raise our son. I know this city through the eyes of an artist trained to spot locations where the play of color and contrast create a dream team that is pure photographic magic.
I have learned from the best, as my photography has taken me to London, Italy, Venezuela, Mexico, New York and all across our beautiful country. When I take a picture it's not a just a shot in the dark. I'm crafting that one special image that lights up a room. I will use my infectious enthusiasm and experience to make your photography sessions into an exciting and playful adventure.
I promise to capture your individuality, your commitment and most importantly the love that you have for each other in every exceptional image."
